The Museum Research and Didactics Centre adopts a cultural and pedagogical approach that assigns a strategic role to the museum environment for research in educational and teaching field, fulfilling multiple and specific functions: conservation, exposure, communication, learning, teaching, research. The characteristics of the Centre is to synergistically enhance the disciplinary skills and methodological approaches with other university departments, museum institutions, including the University Museum System of the University of Bologna and promoting entities belonging to the cultural heritage of the system-museums.
