Studying at EDU

Programmes designed to develop solid competencies, guide career choices, explore interests and nurture passions.

Studying at the Department of Educational Sciences means understanding how people learn, grow and participate in social life, and acquiring the tools to support their educational journeys throughout their lives.

Our programmes bring together pedagogical, psychological, sociological and anthropological knowledge with subject-specific knowledge, integrating theoretical study, research, workshops and internships.

You will learn to identify the needs and resources of different contexts, to build educational relationships, and to design, implement and evaluate interventions that take into account individual differences and ensure everyone’s participation.

Depending on the pathway you choose, you can prepare to work in early years services, in nursery and primary schools, in social and cultural settings, in adult education and within Organisations.

Inclusion, wellbeing and democratic citizenship guide the training of professionals capable of linking critical reflection with educational practice, working alongside other professionals, families and Communities.
