The IT service deals with the management of existing infrastructure and support for research through ICT.
Workstation assistance
Technical support for the workstations is provided out by Marco Trotta, from Monday to Friday from 9.00 to 12.30. His contact details are available in the Contacts area of this page.
Fax Server
It is possible to send and receive faxes as mailbox: edu.fax.86181@unibo.it

Print Service
The IT Service offers advice and information on times and costs for the printing service as regulated by the University framework agreement.

Unibo accreditation and web credentials support service
The IT Service provides institutional credentials for guests and users who have a working relationship with the Department upon request of the administration unit or professors.

FeedBack Server service
It is possible to design and deliver online questionnaires anonymously via a web application. The service can be requested by sending an email to: dipsceduc.supportoweb@unibo.it.
The IT Service provides support and training for the delivery of the questionnaires.
Webconference service
It is possible to request to activate a webconference service, specifying the date, time and number of participants, by sending an email to: dipsceduc.supportoweb@unibo.it
Purchasing Service
The IT Service provides technical advice and references for IT purchases. It operates in partnership with the Administrative unit. References on the methods and related forms for requesting purchases are available on the dedicated page.
Shared Folders Service
The IT Service manages and administers file servers with shared folders for the Department’s different sectors. It is possible to request the activation of a shared folder by writing to: dipsceduc.supportoweb@unibo.it
Visiting service
The IT Service provides support to visiting schoolars/professors/academic staff guested within the Department. More information on the dedicated page.
Research Technology Support Service
The IT Service supports professors and researchers in drafting solutions, budgets, plans and monitoring the development and implementation of technological solutions within European funding programs.
Server and Virtual Machines Management Service
The IT Service operates with virtual machines and manages sites and applications throughout their life cycle.
